About This Project

Managing a university’s digital ecosystem is not just about scheduling content or replying to comments. It’s about understanding its voice, its community, and the impact it aims to generate. That’s how we approached the challenge with UniReformada: to create a digital presence that not only informed and inspired, but also nurtured a broader, more active community aligned with the institution’s purpose.

 

Over the course of a year, our work strengthened UniReformada’s digital presence, achieving an average growth of 18% across active social platforms and reaching new strategic audiences on TikTok. We enhanced professional channels like LinkedIn, energized Instagram to connect with younger audiences, and established new positioning routes on culturally and generationally relevant platforms.

 

Each channel was managed with a tailored approach and strategic vision, positioning the university as an active, empathetic, and forward-thinking educational brand.
