Synopsis
The rainy season begins in Barranquilla. In the privacy of a small workshop, Luis repairs radios and televisions. Behind the counter of an old hotel, Carmen attends furtive lovers. Both lives, routine and desolate, take an unexpected turn, the day Carmen’s tape recorder stops working.
